Delivery

All deliveries are usually next day. We can try to arrange for deliveries on specific weekdays. Notification of shipment can be made by Wheelchairhire.org but once the shipment leaves our facility we are in the hands of the couriers and are reliant on their ability to deliver in time. Delivery is made by courier delivery service to arrive on a weekday (Monday – Friday). Our carriers can not give an anticipated time of delivery on any day.

Wheelchairs are packed in a single cardboard box. This box needs to be retained to facilitate the return of the wheelchair at the end of the hire. The box folds flat so please keep the box safe and in a dry place.
