Terms/Repairs/Returns

Repair
If due to fair wear and tear the wheelchair or any accessory becomes defective or doesn't function properly Wheelchair Hire.org will endeavour to send either a replacement part or another wheelchair as soon as is practicable so that your hire is uninterrupted. Please contact us and explain the difficulty you may be experiencing and our customer service team will try and find a solution for you.

If the chair or accessory hired from us has been damaged by misuse or accident and needs repair any costs will be the responsibility of the Hirer.

Returns
When you are ready to return your wheelchair to terminate your hire or to return the chair for repair or alteration then please contact us to arrange collection. The chair should be wiped clean for hygiene reasons and repackaged carefully in the box provided at the time of delivery. If you have any difficulty in repacking the chair please let us know.
